Motorola revealed each of the Motorola models that will receive the update to Android 8.0 Oreo over the next few months, knowing not only the lucky but also those who can not belong to the range of devices with the eighth generation of Google’s mobile operating system, of course, Android Oreo 8.0.

These are the Motorola models that Lenovo will get the new Android Oreo 8.0

If there is something that has distinguished during the last years Motorola is still stuck with its policy of updates, because the brand is characterized by ensuring a generational leap, in terms of Android, many of its smartphone models.

In fact, one of the great reasons why I ended up getting closer to this line is precisely because of this policy. It was born when Motorola’s mobile division was acquired by the tech giant Google and continued to be present when it was acquired by the Chinese giant Lenovo.

However, with the arrival of Android Oreo, all those who have a mobile phone purchased in these years, begin to wonder, of course, if they will be fortunate to access this update or not. Hence, today we will offer you all the list of models of the Moto line that will feature Android O:-

  • Moto G5
  • Moto G5 Plus
  • Moto G5S
  • Moto G5S Plus
  • Moto Z Play
  • Moto Z2 Play
  • Moto Z Play Droid
  • Moto Z
  • Moto Z Force Droid
  • Moto Z Droid
  • Moto Z2 Force

As we can see, the list is composed of the latest mid-range and high-end devices that were launched by Lenovo. However, there are some absent-minded in it. For example, the Moto G4 has been excluded, being a model launched in May 2016 and, therefore, will not have the update.

Also, there is no mention of the recently launched Moto X4, although in this case is because it is not yet available for purchase, but, surely this new Moto X4 will also get the latest update of Android 8.0 Oreo.

So, what do you think about the list provided by the Motorola? Simply share your views and thoughts in the comment section below.
